Our Story
Paramount Home Health Services is a CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) certified, home health agency, accredited by Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). Founded by a group of nurses in 2020 under the leadership of Kadel Fradet, RN MSN. It provides a wide spectrum of senior care services designed to keep our patients healthy and independent. Our goal is to lead the way in care management by continuously developing and offering integrated care management solutions to our clients. Paramount Home Health Services offers a variety of services coordinated by experienced Care Managers. The scope of our services is much broader and inclusive of all care alternatives and challenges. Our Care Management Services include assessment, planning & supervision of all care arrangements. Paramount Home Health Services has a solution for every family. What matters most is knowing your options and having access to the appropriate levels of knowledge and support.
In order to achieve our goals, we have surrounded ourselves with strong and respected professionals who specialize in providing care solutions to the elderly community, with a particular emphasis on Alzheimer’s & dementia care.
